Save Our Service is recruiting on behalf of a valued early childhood education and care service in Wyong. We are seeking a passionate and reliable Certificate III or Diploma-qualified educator to join the centre’s team in a permanent full-time position.

About the Role
As a full-time educator, you will work collaboratively with the centre’s leadership team and fellow educators to create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where every child feels supported and valued.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality education and care in accordance with the National Quality Framework.
- Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Observing and documenting children’s learning, development and interests.
- Building positive and respectful relationships with children and families.
- Working collaboratively with educators and centre leadership.
- Maintaining effective supervision and supporting children’s health, safety and wellbeing.
- Following the service’s policies, procedures and child-safe practices.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Previous paid experience working in an Australian early childhood service.
- A current NSW Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.
- Current approved Child Protection training.
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Strong communication, teamwork and time-management skills.
- Confidence in supervising and engaging with children.
- A genuine commitment to child safety and inclusive education.
- Reliable transport and the ability to work full-time hours in Wyong.
